Our site will provide you with information about our new and extremely promising method of soliciting political contributions from the public, in conjunction with direct mail, and with broadcast and print advertising.

You will, no doubt, be interested to learn that it is now possible for a political party or a specific candidate to accept contributions of any size - completely automatically, over the phone, by credit card or by cheque. The party or candidate would simply include a local or toll-free number in direct mail solicitations and/or advertisements, where would-be contributors can call, give a bit of information about their credit card or chequing account, and indicate the amount they would like to contribute. (If they want a receipt, of course, they would also record their name and address, so that one could be sent to
them.)

Our system would then automatically process the credit-card donations (passing the funds directly into the party's or candidate's campaign account), and actually print up physical cheques (payable to the party or the candidate's campaign, and already endorsed) for the rest of the contributions. It will also prepare lists of all transactions recorded each day (sorted in a couple of different ways), and can produce a computer text file of the same list of transactions, ready to import directly into your accounting software (so that no data entry services will be required for transactions handled by the system unless a receipt has been requested).

This method is obviously much easier for a supporter than preparing a paper cheque, finding an envelope and stamp, and mailing the envelope. It will also seem much more secure to the contributor than giving the same donation to a human volunteer unknown to him or her, or sending his or her financial information through the Internet. For these reasons, we have every expectation that our service will be extremely popular with busy yet cautious contributors.

Since we do not charge any set-up or initiation fees, and only charge a minimal fee per transaction (based on the number of transactions), this can be an extremely effective, low-cost way for the party or candidate to solicit funds from the public. Our system can also easily be configured to allow donors to arrange (during a single phone call) for a sizeable donation to be split automatically into several smaller parts, which the system will then process at the appropriate times. If the caller is not sure when he or she will next be ready to donate, he or she can even "tell" the system to call him or her back at a prearranged time to "discuss" the matter again, and arrange for the next donation. In other words, the system can act as the most organized, capable donation solicitor that you have ever seen!
