We
are now able to offer your company the ability
to accept payments of any size - completely
automatically, over the phone, by credit card
or by check. Your company would simply include
a toll-free number on its cards and sales
materials, where clients can call, give a
bit of information about their credit card
(or checking account, if you wish - as I mentioned,
we can set up a realtime risk-evaluation process
to determine whether or not to offer a specific
caller the option of paying by check), and
indicate the amount they would like to deposit
into their account.
Our system would then automatically process
the credit-card payments (using extra security,
and passing the funds directly and immediately
into your company's account), and actually
print up physical checks (payable to your
company and already endorsed) and a deposit
slip for the rest of the payments, ready for
deposit (by us, to your account), late each
weekday afternoon, and immediately deliver
notification of all successful payments to
your platform, so that your clients may make
use of the funds they have deposited into
their accounts within a minute or two. It
will also prepare lists of all transactions
recorded each day, sorted in a couple of different
ways, and can produce a computer text file
of the same list of transactions, ready to
import directly into your company's accounting
software (so that no data entry services will
be required for transactions handled by the
system)!
This method will obviously be much easier
for your company's customers than going out
to buy another card, much more secure than
paying through the 'Net, and much faster getting
the payment into your company's account, on
a 24/7 basis! For these reasons, we have every
